With collaboration with Singapore Wellness Festival, we are embarking everyone on a gastronomic journey with Chef Leon in our workshop, "Savour Singapore: A Farm-to-Table Culinary Adventure." This unique experience invites participants to delve into the vibrant world of local produce, guided by acclaimed Master Chef runner-up - Chef Leon's.
Experience the City Sprouts Farm and harvest the produce to be prepared for your meal. Establishing a direct connection between the farm and the table. Gain insights into the farm-to-table philosophy and the significance of sustainable, locally sourced ingredients on your health and wellbeing. - DIY Salad Bar featuring Lion's Mane Mushrooms, Herbs and Local Greens
- Laksa Risotto with Seafood and Poached Eggs
- Cantonese Style Steamed Seabass with Local Greens
- Pandan Panna Cotta with Gula Melaka and Fresh Berries
- Assorted Ice Creams with Edible Garnishes from the Farm
- DIY your own Mocktail with farm harvests & housepour Mixers

About Chef Leon
In 2021, Leon competed in MasterChef Singapore Season 2, where he emerged as the 1st Runner-up. During the competition, Leon showed great interest and flair in championing the local hawker cuisine. Post-MasterChef, Leon has been invited to judge multiple cooking competitions. He was also the guest chef for various Television and Radio
Programmes and Social Media Campaigns.
On top of that, Leon is a trained vocalist and bilingual host performed at various community events and weddings since 2013.

Refund Policy
A minimum number of participants is required for the programme to begin. A full refund will be refunded in the form of credits should the minimum number is not met. There will be no refund for cancellation two weeks prior to the date of the programme.
